29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Full Case - Candy - Level 2: On or about August 12, 2025, employees were exposed to an approximate 10 foot fall hazard while working in the unprotected mod bays without the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or a personal fall arrest system. b) Full Case - Candy - Level 3: On or about August 12, 2025, employees were exposed to an approximate 19 foot fall hazard while working in the unprotected mod bays without the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or a personal fall arrest system. c) Full Case - Candy - Level 4: On or about August 12, 2025, employees were exposed to an approximate 27 foot fall hazard while working in the unprotected mod bays without the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or a personal fall arrest system. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
