29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about October 1, 2022, the employer did not ensure that a body belt with lanyard attached to the basket was worn by employees working from an aerial lift. An employee of Romanof Carpenter, LLC., was exposed to hazards greater than 20 feet while conducting framing activities from an extendable boom platform. The worker was not using a fall restraining system.
