29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about 9/29/2022 and at times prior to - Foundry, North and South Rotary Screen for the Wheelabrator, employees cleaning out the rotating screen with compressed air and a metal tool were exposed to hazardous rotational energy creating caught by hazards because the employer did not develop a written Energy Control Procedure to isolate the hazardous rotational energy for the North and South tumblers.
