29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1):The employer with a workplace or work operation covered by this standard did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI): a) Cook Line 3, Kettle 2 and 3: On or about 9/19/2022, the employer did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for chromium (VI) for employees performing welding operations on stainless steel mixing kettles. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
