29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  On or before October 3, 2022, Employee(s) used refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker appliance daily to store and heat consumable goods for consumption. The refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker appliances were plugged into power taps and/or into temporary extension cords and were not used according to the listing and labeling instructions. Employee(s) were exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazard(s).   In the following locations:  (a) Room 112 - Fridge, Coffee Maker, and microwave plugged into a relocatable power tap. (b) Room 113 - Adjustable pedestal fan plugged into a relocatable power tap. (c) Room 104A - Coffee Maker, microwave, and two toasters plugged into a relocatable power tap. (d) Room 105 - A - A temporary extension cord was plugged into a relocatable power tap. (e) Room 118 - Coffee Maker, microwave, two adjustable pedestal fans and one table fan plugged into relocatable power tap. (f) Room 201 - Multiple relocatable power taps were daisy chained. (g) Room 204 - HP printer and a portable ceramic air heater plugged into a relocatable power tap.

This condition interferes with access and immediate shutdown of a circuit in the panel, particularly in the event of an emergency. 29 CFR  1910.305(j)(1)(iv): Fixtures installed in wet or damp locations were not approved for the purpose and were not so constructed or installed that water could not enter or accumulate in wireways, lamp holders or other electrical parts:   Building 1 Room 206: On or before October 3, 2022, employees performed various repairing tasks within the room and asses the air conditioning systems that were stationed on the second floor adjacent office space(s). Employer did not ensure that the light fixture overhead was free from condensation discharge due to closest proximity of the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning system. Employees were exposed to electrical shock and/or fire hazards.

Building 1,Room 206: On or before October 3, 2022, Employees in this building utilized this room in order to store office and decorative items used for various purposes. Employer did not ensure that the space was cleaned and free from any obstruction for employee entrance. Employees were exposed to slip/trip and fall hazards.
