29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. Reference: ANSI Z358.1 Emergency Eyewash and Shower Standard 5.4.4 The eye wash unit shall be located on the same level as the hazard and the path of travel shall be free of obstructions that may inhibit the immediate use of the equipment. Building 1: Room 106: Employees conducted cleaning operations of administrative office spaces and restrooms using corrosive chemical materials such as Diversey Super Blue Acid Bowl Cleaner and Clorox Bleach without having an emergency eye wash station in close proximity and available for immediate use. Employees were exposed to eye burns or blindness.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(10): The employer did not ensure that workplace labels or other forms of warnings were legible, in English and prominently displayed on the container or readily available in the work area throughout each work shift: Building 1: Room 112: Employees used plastic spray bottle secondary containers with clear liquid inside. The employer did not ensure containers had prominently displayed labels showing product name, manufacturer information, associated hazards, and warnings. The employees were exposed to dermal irritations.
