29 CFR  1926.28(a):The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions  The employer is failing to protect employees from chemical hazards associated with 'VersiWeld Bonding Adhesive' when employees are handling and applying the adhesive to roof siding at a commercial construction site. The was most recently documented on or about October 4, 2022 at a gas station construction site located at 14405 West Center Road, Omaha, Nebraska. Employees were handling and applying 'VersiWeld Bonding Agent' without protective gloves. Exposure to 'VersiWeld Bonding Adhesive' causes skin irritation and may cause allergic skin reactions.
