29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor shall not have other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function. An employee engaged in roofing activities at a new construction commercial gas station located at 14477 W Center Rd., Omaha, Nebraska, was exposed to fall hazards in that the employee was working outside warning lines at the opposite end of the structure. Fall distance to ground below greater than 6 feet.
