This was most recently documented at a residential construction site located at 17323 Morgan Ave, Gretna, Nebraska at or about October 5, 2022. Employees are exposed to chemical hazards when using 'TiteBond Subfloor Adhesive when conducting residential framing work. The employer failed to developed or implemented a HAZCOM program.
