29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected. An employee engaged in roofing activities at a new construction residential building located at 17323 Morgan Ave., Gretna, Nebraska, was exposed to fall hazards in that the employee was not protected from falls in excess of 6 feet from the lower level.
