An oil leak from a work vehicle was on the floor in an area where two workers were unloading packages from a delivery truck to pallets in the spill area.   This condition exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards.  b) On or before 10/12/2022, the employer did not ensure that walking working surfaces are maintained free of hazards.  Puddles of water were in an area that was used as a vehicle wash bay which did not have adequate drainage.  This area is also used to park delivery trucks and vans.  This condition exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards.
