(a)Walter Ree Masonry Construction, Inc. at 4801 South Sycamore Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD, 57110: On or about and at times prior to October 6, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while working on a flat roof conducting masonry operations. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazards greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a)Walter Ree Masonry Construction, Inc. at 4801 South Sycamore Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD, 57110: On or about and at times prior to October 6, 2022, the exposing employer did not ensure employees were provided training to enable employees to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards while conducting masonry operations above six feet. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards greater than six feet.
