29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: a) WALKWAY BEHIND OVEN #2 AT THE POST- Employees working on Line Three (3) were exposed to fire hazards from a restricted exit access of approximately twenty-one (21) inches between a rear access door on Oven Two (#2) and a padded round post, on or about October 6, 2022. b) WALKWAY BEHIND OVEN #2 AT THE PUMP- Employees working on Line Three (3) were exposed to fire hazards from a restricted exit access of approximately twenty-three and one-half (23 1/2) inches between a rear access door on Oven Two (#2) and a pump, on or about October 6, 2022. c) WALKWAY LEADING TO THE BINDLER BEHIND OVEN #2- Employees working on Line Three (3) were exposed to fire hazards from a restricted exit access of approximately twenty-five (25) inches between a staircase and a metal pole, on or about October 6, 2022. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
