Condition observed on or about 10/06/22.  Souza Brothers Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1539731, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/30/21, with respect to a workplace located at 35, 37, 39, 41 Ortiz, Pennsauken NJ.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
