29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 13 - 19 Cinnamon Lane, Mount Laurel NJ: Two workers were observed applying weather wrap material to the exterior surface of a residential structure at a height in excess of 10 feet 9 inches to the ground below with no means of fall protection in place, there-by exposing them to fall hazards. Violation observed on or about 01/03/24. Souza Brothers Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1627010, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 29, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 48 & 52 Hamilton Court in Pennsauken NJ.
