29 CFR  1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects as immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with � 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with � 1910.22(d), or replaced.  Warehouse:  The Werner 10 foot stepladder, used for stock loading/unloading, had placards ripped and worn on one side and no placards on the opposite side. Employees were potentially exposed to fall hazards from potential improper use and maintenance of the ladder.  Defense Commissary Agency was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1466259, citation number 1, item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on 04/28/2020 , with respect to a workplace located at Building 2661, MCAS Miramar, San Diego, California, 92145.
