29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) 141 Maple St, Santa Rosa Beach, FL; On or about October 6, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards in that the employer allowed employee(s) to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.  The employer, Panhandle Guest Design Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1561617, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on January 28, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 214-A Angelfish Avenue, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548.

Panhandle Guest Design, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1561617, citation number 1, item number 2/b and was affirmed as a final order on 01/28/22, with respect to a workplace located at 214 A Angelfish Ave., Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  Panhandle Guest Design was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1561621, citation number 1, item number 1/b and was affirmed as a final order on 01/28/22, with respect to a workplace located at 210 A Angelfish Ave., Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
