29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3): Employee training did not include the requirements of 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i) through (h)(3)(iv): a.) United Natural Foods, Inc., 225 Cross Farm Lane York, PA - Refrigeration/Freezer - On or about October 11, 2022, employees were not trained on chemical and physical hazards associated with anhydrous ammonia, including, but not limited to, exposure routes, associated with the anhydrous ammonia present in the refrigeration/freezer departments, thereby exposing employees to chemical hazards. b.) United Natural Foods, Inc., 225 Cross Farm Lane York, PA - Refrigeration/Freezer - On or about October 11, 2022, employees were not trained on protective measures to prevent exposure to anhydrous ammonia present in the refrigeration/freezer departments, thereby exposing employees to chemical hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
