29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(5)(i): Non-self-supporting ladder(s) were not used at an angle such that the horizontal distance from the top support to the foot of the ladder was approximately one-quarter of the working length of the ladder: a) On or about October 12, 2022 at the job-site located at 5291 Post Oak Boulevard, Wesley Chapel, Florida, an employee removing nails from the truss roof did not use the wood job-made ladder at the adequate angle, in that, the horizontal distance between the foot of the ladder and the top support on the building structure was nine feet, two inches exposing the worker to a 12-feet fall hazard.
