29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- 9000 Schindler Drive: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 21 feet 6 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding application and other related activities while walking/working at and near unprotected edges of a commercial structure's third floor balcony while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to an anchor point with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 10/06/22.
