29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 38 Tower Boulevard, Eastampton NJ: A worker engaged in roof shingle application (and other related activities) was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of approximately 11 feet to the ground surface below, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to an anchor point with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition noted on or about 10/06/22.
