29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 6 Red Barn Lane, Bordentown NJ: A worker engaged in roof shingle application (and other related activities) was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of approximately 21 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below and in excess of 9 feet 8 inches to a lower roof, when walking on and working from a residential structure's pitched roofs while wearing a full body harness that was not attached to an anchor point with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition noted on or about 03/24/26. JED & D Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1627718, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 23, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 38 Tower Boulevard, Eastampton NJ.
