Allen Concrete, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(4)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576897, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on May 6, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9990 Kenworthy Dr., El Paso, TX 79924.
