29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: On or about June 16, 2025, between Buildings 2 and 3 of the construction site; there were rebar stakes that were not capped. Allen Concrete, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.701(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1627739, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 9, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 6470 and 6480 Desert Blvd., El Paso, TX 79911.
