29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided: Stem wall, bottom side of wall: An employee spreading wet concrete mix using an overhead concrete hopper from a concrete truck was not provided with impervious hand protection. Employees were exposed to skin hazards from the concrete mix.
