29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)  At 9827Lakeview Drive, Lot 26 Glen Lakes, Foley, Alabama:  On October 18, 2022; the employer allowed his employee to perform roofing activities  without  first ensuring his employee was trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of  10 feet 11 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 9795 Lakeview Drive, Lot 29 Glen Lakes, Foley, Alabama:  On October 18, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities  without using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of  10 feet to the ground below.  The Mario Perez dba Mario Perez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1591842, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4298 Montague Drive, Lot 70 Village at Craft Farms.
