Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a new construction commercial facility were protected from a fall of approximately 18.8 feet by utilizing a fall protection system. WINECO CONSTRUCTION LTD was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(1) Duty to have fall protection), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1470234, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/22/2020 with respect to a workplace located at 5457 Menerey Lane, Columbus, OH 43230.
