The employees were not protected by eye/face protection, on or about October 11th, 2022. Gowna Contracting was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1) . which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1399448, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 24th, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Hunter Avenue in Yonkers, NY.

Gowna Contracting was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1399448, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on September 24th, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 111 Hunter Avenue in Yonkers, NY.
