29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. A) 164 Glover Avenue, Yonkers - NY: An employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while working on a pallet that was attached to the arms of a lift. The employee was not protected by a complete guardrail system, not was the employee wearing any fall protection devices, on or about October 12th, 2022
