29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  (a) On or about 10/11/2022 and at times prior to, Plant #2 Yardage Department, machine operators were exposed to caught-in hazards because the #19 Cobble Super Tufter III, Serial Number TM4D00-6226 puller roller was guarded by a STI Model, MS46-20-260-Q1-X1 light curtain that was not long enough to prevent a worker from placing a hand into the energized rotating parts at the point of operation.
