29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 21101 Lawrence Rd. Fairhope, AL; On or about October 19, 2022 and at times prior, the employer exposed employee to fall hazards in that the employees were allowed to work 9 feet 3 inches above ground on a roof with a 8:12 pitch without fall protection.
