Outside of the Hotel: Employees performed routine maintenance on multiple air conditioning units without utilizing appropriate lockout devices. Employees were exposed to electrical, caught-in, and rotating part hazards.

Maintenance office: The Project Architect's computer, phone, internet, and other electronics were  plugged into two series connected "daisy chained" relocatable power taps.  Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.  b. Maintenance office: The Project Architect's computer, phone, internet, and other electronics were  supplied power from  a relocatable power tap that was screwed to the wall.  Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.  c. Maintenance office: A Cannon C5235a Multi-Function printer was supplied power by an extension cord series connected "daisy chained" to a relocatable power tap. Employees were exposed to fire and electrical hazards.
