29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) 8164 Mount Ouray, Littleton, CO 80125: On or about October 22, 2022 Brookline Builders, LLC., as the controlling employer, did not maintain an effective program to include frequent and regular inspections made by a competent person of the job site, materials, and equipment. Employees of Red Box Construction LLC, a subcontractor, were exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet 9 inches while conducting framing activities in a residential building without the benefit of fall protection systems. Brookline Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1551163, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 26, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1083 Anker Drive, Erie, CO 80516.
