29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or before 10/6/2023. Brookline Builders, LLC as the correcting and controlling employer did not ensure that jobsite safety walkarounds were performed. A superintendent was onsite but did not stop work when hazards were observed and did not incorporate safety checks as a part of his routine inspections of the jobsite. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to fall hazards. Brookline Builders LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.20(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1616409, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 10-26-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 17434 Birds Foot Ave. Parker, CO 80134.
