Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system At 1117 Spoede Rd, Frontenac, MO, 63131, on October 27, 2022 - Employees were exposed to elevated fall hazards of at least 10 feet while working on the roof of a residential structure and were not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system.
