29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Subdivision club house located at 4900 Moulder Road, Sugar Hill, GA 30518: On or about 05/02/2023, the employer exposed employee to ejection/fall hazards while working in a Genie S-65 Aerial Lift, in that a personal fall arrest system was not provided to the employee engaged in roof sheathing activities.
