29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about October 28, 2022, employees conducting roofing activities (shingle installation) on a 6:12 pitch roof of the structure were not protected from falling to the lower level. This exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately ten (10) feet on the North and east side of the structure. The Kaitlyn Roofing & Remodeling, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1554643, citation number1, item number1, and was affirmed as a final order on 2/17/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 720 Eisenhower Dr, KIMBERLY, WI 54136.
