East warehouse north wall: Tires and an exercise bike blocked access to the fire extinguishers exposing employees to slip, trip, fall, and fire hazards.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a. Ventilation fan receiving area: The outer insulation to the fan employees used for ventilation was pulled from the plug exposing the inner wiring. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.   b. Baler receiving area: The outer insulation was pulled from the exit switch box exposing the inner wiring. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.   c. Wire stripping machine receiving area: The outer insulation to the power cable was pulled from the plug exposing the inner wiring. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.
