29 CFR  1926.1052(c)(1)(i):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  At the jobsite located at 117829 Benson St, Bucyrus, KS 66013, employees engaged in finish detail activities,  were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 4'3"  in that the stairways did not have a handrail.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At the jobsite located at 117829 Benson St, Bucyrus, KS 66013, employees engaged in residential framing activities,  were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from the leading edge to the ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.  M.R. Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589460, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-03-22, with respect to a workplace located at 11594 S. Sarda Dr. Olathe, KS.  M.R. Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560084, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-23-21, with respect to a workplace located at 17729 Eby St. Overland Park, KS.  M.R. Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1522918, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 06-29-2021, with respect to a workplace located at 9256 Marion St, Lenexa, KS.  M.R. Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439918, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 12-27-2019, with respect to a workplace located at 9202 W. 177 Overland Park, KS.
