29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about November 01, 2022, employees were not protected from falls while performing commercial roofing work. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than six feet. JLP Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1530870, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on November 10, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 4105 Drawbridge Ln. Norman OK 73072.
