29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge height of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: a) Job site, 4778 McKnight Road, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about November 3, 2022, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that appropriate fall protection systems/devices were used in that the top of the existing parapet walls were determined to be as low as 31 inches in some areas of the roof, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 14 feet.
