29 CFR 1926.502(b)(1): The top edge of top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, were not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level: a) Job site, 409 Route 40, Uniontown, PA: On or about August 15, 2024, during roofing activities, the employer did not ensure that parapet walls were tall enough to serve as guardrails systems for fall protection in that they were determined to range in height from approximately 15 to 32 inches, exposing employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 13 feet.
