All deficiencies such as listed shall be carefully examined and determination made as to whether they constitute a safety hazard:  a) On or about November 8, 2022, at a workplace located at 912 Haase Street, Neenah, WI in the production areas: Frequent inspections of the 30 ton P & H bridge crane were not performed to ensure all the crane's operating components were in safe operating condition.   b) On or about November 8, 2022, at a workplace located at 912 Haase Street, Neenah, WI in the production areas: Frequent inspections of the 70 ton Wiscolift East bridge crane were not performed to ensure all the crane's operating components were in safe operating condition.   c) On or about November 8, 2022, at a workplace located at 912 Haase Street, Neenah, WI in the production areas: Frequent inspections of the 35 ton Demag bridge crane were not performed to ensure all the crane's operating components were in safe operating condition.   d) On or about November 8, 2022, at a workplace located at 912 Haase Street, Neenah, WI in the assembly area: The emergency stop function would not engage on the Jib Crane 6 pendant. Frequent inspections of the 2 ton hoist were not performed to ensure all the crane's operating components were in safe operating condition.
