OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees operating the Coffing air hoist were exposed to caught between / struck-by hazards:  a)  Wax Room - On or about November 8, 2022, employees operating the Coffing air hoist were exposed to caught between / struck-by hazards while positioning and moving metal mold plates.  Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of abatement include, but are not limited to:   Following ASME B30.16 2017 entitled Overhead Underhung and Stationary hoists; Section16-3.3.2 General Requirements to Be Followed During Hoist Operation; (i) Persons shall stay clear of a suspended load.  Following ASME B30.16 2017 entitled Overhead Underhung and Stationary hoists; Section 16-1.1.2 Controls (a) Each control actuator of an electric-powered or air-powered hoist shall be marked to indicate the direction of resultant motion.
