29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7):Where industrial trucks were used around-the-clock, they were not examined after each shift. Defects when found were not immediately reported and corrected: a) Jobsite - On or about November 8, 2022 the employer did not ensure that Taylor forklift 5965 (S/N S JB 45965) was removed from service after it was found that the horn did not work, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
