29 CFR 1926.417(b): Equipment or circuits that were de-energized did not have tags attached at all points where such equipment or circuits could be energized: a) Main Entrance to Ft. Rucker Post Exchange - On or about November 11, 2022, an employee was exposed to electrical shock hazards when he was allowed to work on electrical circuits without the circuit breakers being properly tagged to prevent accidental reenergization.
