29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Hot Melt Compound, Tank 308: On or about November 3, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn hazards, in that a procedure to control the potentially hazardous thermal energy was not developed and implemented prior to work on the hot melt asphalt piping system.
