29 CFR 1910.36(h)(3): Outdoor exit route(s) were not reasonably straight and did not have smooth, solid, substantially level walkways: a. At Building 1, besides the Kick Blast Freezer, located at 1915 North Woodland boulevard, Deland Florida, 32720: On or about November 09, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip and fall hazards, in that the emergency exit door connects to a hallway with an obstructed walking surface.
