OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees a. At Ardmore Farms located at 1915 N Woodland Blvd; specifically the EH 84 Gable top Packaging machine, the employer exposed employees to thermal burns in that employees were not fully trained on the hazards of the abort process during the sanitize in place (SIP) function.
