29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At jobsite located at :21119 W. 186th Terrace, SPRING HILL, Kansas, the employer failed to develop a written hazard communication program to describe how the program would be implemented to include proper training, labeling, and the administration of safety data sheets, to address their chemicals such as the hazards of liquid nails adhesive which could cause skin and eye irritation and a known carcinogen, DAP DYNAGRIP 4000 which could cause kidney and liver damage if inhaled.
